Terms of service
By using ARTHLOK, you agree to use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order. Product listings, availability, images and prices may be updated from time to time. We aim to describe products accurately, but product details should be checked on the individual product page before purchase.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is a request to purchase the selected items. Orders may be reviewed or cancelled where necessary for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or unavailability. Payment must be completed using an available checkout method.
Delivery, defects and replacements
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If an item arrives defective, damaged or materially different from the item ordered, contact us within 6 calendar days of delivery and follow the steps in our Replacement & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
