Shipping information
Orders are processed after payment and order details are verified. Delivery estimates depend on the destination, courier service, product availability and other conditions outside our control.
- Make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.
- Tracking details will be shared when they are available from the courier.
- If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or an item is missing, document the package and contact us promptly.
- For Open Box Delivery, inspect the parcel and item at handover. Ask the delivery partner to record any visible issue before accepting it.
